Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 is much better than the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), with a 78.2 score against 68.3. Both of these tablets use Android OS, but the Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 has the previous 4.4 version and Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has Android 8.1 Oreo. The Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 is a incredibly older and a lot heavier tablet device than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), but Samsung managed to build it somewhat thinner anyway.

Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 features a quite superior processing power than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), and although they both have a Quad-Core processor, the Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 also has a GPU and more RAM. The Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 counts with a lot better screen than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), because it has a much higher 1600 x 2560 pixels resolution, a much bigger screen and more pixels per inch in the display.

Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 has a slightly better storage for applications and games than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), because although it has a slot for SD memory cards that allows 336 GB smaller, it also counts with 32 GB more internal storage capacity. The Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 features a much better battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), because it has 9500mAh of battery capacity against 5000mAh.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) takes just a bit better photographs and videos than Galaxy NotePRO 12.2, although it has a worse (Full HD) video quality and a much worse 5 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera.
