Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, with a 68.3 score against 65.9. Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018)'s body is way newer and noticeably lighter than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch's, but it's also somewhat thicker. Both devices in this review have Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has a more recent 8.1 Oreo version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has Android 4.2 version.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has a little more vivid display than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), because although it has a quite lower pixel amount in each inch in the display, and they both have an equal 800 x 1280 pixels resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch also counts with a bigger display.
Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) features a little faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because it has more RAM and a greater number of cores. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) features a way bigger storage for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, and although they both have equal 32 GB internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) also has an external SD slot that admits up to 400 GB.
