The Galaxy Tab A7 Lite is a little bit better than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), with a general score of 74.2 against 68.3. Both devices in our current comparison come with Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab A7 Lite has older 11 version and Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) has Android 8.1 Oreo. The Galaxy Tab A7 Lite design is much newer and thinner than the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018)'s, although it is also just a little heavier.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite counts with a bit sharper screen than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), because although it has a little bit inferior pixel number per screen inch, it also counts with a little larger screen and a slightly better resolution of 800 x 1340. The Galaxy Tab A7 Lite features a greater storage for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018), and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite also has an external memory card slot that holds up to 1 TB.
