Huawei MediaPad X2 is a little bit better than the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019), with a overall score of 72.7 against 69. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei MediaPad X2 has the older 5.0 version and Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) has Android 11. The Huawei MediaPad X2 construction is a little bit thinner and noticeably lighter than the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019), despite of the fact that it was released many years before.

Huawei MediaPad X2 features a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019), because it has a larger amount of RAM memory, a larger number of cores and a 64-bit processing unit. Huawei MediaPad X2 has an incredibly better looking screen than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019), because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher resolution of 1920 x 1200 and much more pixels per inch in the screen.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) shoots just a bit better pictures and videos than Huawei MediaPad X2, although it has a worse (Full HD) video quality and a back facing camera with a way lower resolution. Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) counts with a much greater memory to store more apps and games than Huawei MediaPad X2, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) also has a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 512 GB.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) counts with a little better battery life than Huawei MediaPad X2, because it has a 5100mAh battery capacity against 5000mAh.
