Apple iPad mini 4 is a little bit better than the Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), with a general score of 75.6 against 74.6. The Apple iPad mini 4 comes with iOS 9.x OS, and Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) works with Android 9.0 Pie OS. The Apple iPad mini 4 design is somewhat thinner and a little lighter than Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), although it was released 5 years before.
Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) features a bit more powerful processor than Apple iPad mini 4, because it has a larger number of faster cores and a greater amount of RAM memory. Although iPad mini 4 is a better device, it costs more money than Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020). So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the iPad mini 4, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020), giving up some specifications.
