Both of these tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) has 9.0 Pie version while Google Nexus 10 has Android 5.1. Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) is a a lot newer tablet, and it's also noticeably lighter and thinner than Google Nexus 10.
