Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, with a general score of 75.2 against 74.2. Both tablets we are comparing have Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a more recent 4.4.2 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite has Android 11 version, providing some additional features and some performance improvements. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is an notably older tablet than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, but it's just a bit thinner and a bit lighter anyway.

Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 counts with a lot better looking display than Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with much more pixels per screen inch and a lot better 2560 x 1600 resolution. The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4's processor is very similar to Galaxy Tab A7 Lite's processor, because although the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a lower amount of RAM memory and an inferior number of 2300 MHz cores, it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor.

Galaxy Tab A7 Lite shoots just a bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, although it has lower 30 fps video frame rates, they both have the same resolution back-facing camera and the same 1920x1080 video resolution. The Galaxy Tab A7 Lite counts with a much greater memory for apps and games than Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite also has a SD card slot that allows up to 1 TB.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite counts with a little longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, because it has a 5100mAh battery size.

Although Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Tab A7 Lite. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, letting go a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
