Comparison review

The Galaxy Tab S8 is just a bit better than the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, getting a general score of 76.7 against 74.2. Both tablets in this comparison use Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab S8 has a newer 13 version and Galaxy Tab A7 Lite has Android 11. Galaxy Tab S8's body is somewhat thinner but much heavier than the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, and they were only released 8 months apart.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 features a little bit better display than Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, because it has a way greater number of pixels per inch of display, a lot better resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels and a bigger screen. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite features a much greater processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 cores.

Galaxy Tab S8 features just a bit better camera than Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, because it has a lot more mega pixels back-facing camera and a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality. The Galaxy Tab S8 has a very superior memory to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 1 TB, the Galaxy Tab S8 also has 128 GB internal memory.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 has a superior battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, because it has an 8000mAh battery capacity instead of 5100mAh.

Although Galaxy Tab S8 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, and give up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your budget.
