Comparison review
The iPad 3 has an overall score of 71.1, which is just a bit better than Galaxy Tab Active 2's global score of 70. IPad 3 has iOS 6.1 OS, and Galaxy Tab Active 2 has Android 9.0 Pie OS. The iPad 3 is a much older and much heavier tablet than Galaxy Tab Active 2, but Apple made it just a little thinner anyway.
The Galaxy Tab Active 2 counts with a superior hardware performance than Apple iPad 3, because it has 2 GB more RAM and more cpu cores. Apple iPad 3 has a much more vibrant display than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2, because it has a bigger screen, a greater pixel density and a much higher 1536 x 2048 resolution.
The iPad 3 counts with a bit more storage capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 48 GB more internal memory. The Apple iPad 3 features a much longer battery performance than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because it has 11560mAh of battery capacity instead of 4450mAh.
The Apple iPad 3 has a bit better camera than Galaxy Tab Active 2, although it has a lower 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and a camera with a way worse 5 mega pixels resolution.
In addition to being the best tablet in our comparison, iPad 3 is also a lot cheaper.
