Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 is much better than Asus VivoTab, with a 70 score against 57.5. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2's construction is much newer and a lot lighter, but also thicker than Asus VivoTab. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 comes with Android 9.0 Pie operating system, and Asus VivoTab works with Windows 8 operating system.

Asus VivoTab features a processor that's very similar to the Galaxy Tab Active 2 one, because although the Asus VivoTab has a lower amount of RAM memory and less processing cores (although faster), it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit. The Galaxy Tab Active 2 has a bit sharper screen than Asus VivoTab, because although it has a way smaller display and a quite lower resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels, it also counts with a higher pixel amount per display inch.

Asus VivoTab counts with slightly more storage capacity for applications and games than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory capacity. Galaxy Tab Active 2 features a much longer battery performance than Asus VivoTab. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 captures much better photos and videos than Asus VivoTab. Both of them have the same video frame rate, a back camera with an 8 mega-pixels and the same (Full HD) video definition.

Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 costs a lot more money than the Asus VivoTab, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
