The Galaxy Tab Active 2 is much better than the HTC Flyer, with a overall score of 70 against 58.7. Both tablets in this comparison use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab Active 2 has the newer 9.0 Pie version while HTC Flyer has Android 3.2 version, so it gives a couple nice extra features and increased performance. Galaxy Tab Active 2's construction is way newer, a little lighter and much thinner than the HTC Flyer.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 counts with a bit better processor than HTC Flyer, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with more CPU cores and 2 GB more RAM memory. The HTC Flyer has a bit sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2, although it has a way worse resolution of 600 x 1024 pixels, a little smaller screen and a little worse display pixels density.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 features just a bit better camera than HTC Flyer, because it has a back-facing camera with a way higher resolution and a lot higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 has a bit bigger memory for applications and games than HTC Flyer, because although it has only 16 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 256 GB.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 counts with just a little better battery lifetime than HTC Flyer, because it has an 11 percent more battery size.
Galaxy Tab Active 2 is a lot more expensive than the HTC Flyer, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
