Comparison review
Galaxy Tab Active 3 has a score of 79, which is much better than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7's 60.8 score. Although Galaxy Tab Active 3 is newer than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, it is heavier and thicker. Both tablets we are comparing come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab Active 3 has older 10 version while Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has Android 4.2.2 version.
Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has a much better looking screen than Galaxy Tab Active 3, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels, the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 also counts with a just a little greater pixels quantity per inch of display.
Galaxy Tab Active 3 features a little bit better hardware performance than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with more RAM and a larger number of cores. The Galaxy Tab Active 3 has a much better storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory, the Galaxy Tab Active 3 also has a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 1 TB.
The Galaxy Tab Active 3 captures way better photographs and videos than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 counts with a way better battery duration than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7.
Although Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, letting go some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your savings.
