The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 has a general score of 79, which is much better than the Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation's 62.7 global score. Although Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 is newer than Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation, it is heavier and much thicker. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 comes with Android 10 OS, while Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation comes with iOS 7.x OS.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 features a better CPU than iPod Touch 5th Generation, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with more RAM memory and a greater number of cores. The iPod Touch 5th Generation features a much better display than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3, because although it has a lot worse resolution of 1136 x 640 and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a bit better pixels density.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 counts with a slightly better camera than Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation, because it has a back-facing camera with a lot higher 13 mega pixels resolution and a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition. The Galaxy Tab Active 3 counts with a very superior storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than iPod Touch 5th Generation, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy Tab Active 3 also has a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 1 TB.
