The Galaxy Tab Active 3 has a score of 79, which is a bit better than Huawei MediaPad M5 lite's overall score of 73.3. Although Galaxy Tab Active 3 is thicker than the Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, it's lighter and also notably newer. Both of these devices come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab Active 3 has 10 version while Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has Android 8.0 Oreo.
Galaxy Tab Active 3 counts with a bit better hardware performance than Huawei MediaPad M5 lite. Both have the same RAM memory amount and 8 cpu cores. Galaxy Tab Active 3 counts with a little more vivid display than Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, because although it has a lot smaller display, and they both have the same resolution of 1200 x 1920, the Galaxy Tab Active 3 also counts with a higher pixels density.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 shoots much better photographs and videos than Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, because it has a camera with lot more megapixels and a way better 3840x2160 video resolution. The Galaxy Tab Active 3 counts with a much better memory for games and applications than Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory, the Galaxy Tab Active 3 also has a SD card slot that supports up to 1 TB.
Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has a way better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3, because it has a 7500mAh battery capacity instead of 5050mAh.
Although Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Huawei MediaPad M5 lite. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get the Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, and give up some specs and features, but you will get the most with your money.
