The Galaxy Tab Active has a global score of 67, which is just a bit better than iPod Touch 5th Generation's global score of 62.7. The Galaxy Tab Active works with Android 4.4 operating system, while iPod Touch 5th Generation has iOS 7.x operating system. Galaxy Tab Active is a newer portable tablet than iPod Touch 5th Generation, although it's notably thicker and noticeably heavier.
The iPod Touch 5th Generation features a more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active, because although it has a really smaller screen and a bit worse 1136 x 640 pixels resolution, it also counts with a much greater screen pixels density.
