Samsung Galaxy Tab Active has a general score of 67, which is much better than Asus VivoTab's 57.5 general score. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active has Android 4.4 operating system, and Asus VivoTab counts with Windows 8 operating system. Samsung Galaxy Tab Active is a notably newer and much lighter tablet than Asus VivoTab, but it is thicker.

Asus VivoTab counts with just a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active, because although it has an inferior number of cores (but faster), it also counts with a larger amount of RAM and a better 533 megahertz graphics processor. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active features a better looking display than Asus VivoTab, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1280 x 800px and a way smaller screen, it also counts with a greater screen density.

Asus VivoTab takes clearer photos and videos than Galaxy Tab Active, because it has a much better video definition and a back-facing camera with way more mega pixels. The Asus VivoTab features a much better memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab Active, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 48 GB more internal memory.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active features a really longer battery duration than Asus VivoTab.

The Galaxy Tab Active is a lot more expensive than Asus VivoTab, but you can get a better tablet for that few more dollars.
