Comparison review
Google Pixel Slate is better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active, getting a 79.3 score against 67. The Google Pixel Slate comes with Chrome OS OS, while Samsung Galaxy Tab Active counts with Android 4.4 OS. Google Pixel Slate's construction is notably newer and extremely thinner, but also a lot heavier than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active.
The Google Pixel Slate has a little bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab Active, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor and less processing cores , it also counts with a higher amount of RAM. The Google Pixel Slate features a bit sharper display than Galaxy Tab Active, because it has a way higher count of pixels per inch in the display, a way larger screen and a much better 3000 x 2000 resolution.
Google Pixel Slate captures much clearer photos and videos than Galaxy Tab Active, because it has a lot higher video resolution and a back camera with a lot better 8 megapixels resolution. The Google Pixel Slate features a much bigger storage for games and applications than Galaxy Tab Active, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 240 GB more internal storage capacity.
Galaxy Tab Active has a really longer battery duration than Google Pixel Slate.
Although Google Pixel Slate is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy Tab Active, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy Tab Active. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Google Pixel Slate, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Galaxy Tab Active, resigning some features and specs.
