Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab Active is a bit better than HTC Jetstream, getting a overall score of 67 against 63.6. Galaxy Tab Active is a noticeably newer tablet device, and it is also thinner and incredibly lighter than the HTC Jetstream. These devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab Active has newer 4.4 version while HTC Jetstream has Android 3.1, giving you some extra features and better performance.
Galaxy Tab Active counts with a slightly better screen than HTC Jetstream, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a greater pixel density and a slightly higher resolution of 1280 x 800px. The HTC Jetstream features a bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active, because although it has an external SD slot that allows 32 GB smaller, it also counts with 16 GB more internal storage.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active has a little bit better processing power than HTC Jetstream, because it has more RAM, a faster graphics processing unit running at 450 MHz and a larger number of cores (although they are slower). HTC Jetstream captures better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active, because it has a back facing camera with much more megapixels and a lot higher 1920x1080 video resolution.
HTC Jetstream features a way better battery duration than Galaxy Tab Active, because it has a 64 percent bigger battery size.
Although Samsung Galaxy Tab Active is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the HTC Jetstream, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as HTC Jetstream. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Tab Active, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the HTC Jetstream, resigning a couple features and specs.
