Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has an overall score of 73.3, which is a little bit better than the Galaxy Tab Active's 67 score. The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite design is extremely newer and a lot thinner than the Galaxy Tab Active's, but it is somewhat heavier. Both tablets we compare here come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has 8.0 Oreo version and Galaxy Tab Active has Android 4.4 version, giving you some nice extra features.
Huawei MediaPad M5 lite features a quite better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM and a larger number of cores (and they are faster). Galaxy Tab Active has a bit more vivid display than Huawei MediaPad M5 lite, although it has a just a bit worse pixels count per inch of display, a much smaller screen and a way worse 1280 x 800 pixels resolution.
The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite features a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active, because it has a camera in the back with way more megapixels and a much higher (Full HD) video quality. The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite features a much greater storage for apps and games than Galaxy Tab Active, because it has 64 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 256 GB.
The Huawei MediaPad M5 lite has a way better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active, because it has 7500mAh of battery capacity instead of 4450mAh.
Despite of being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing here, the Huawei MediaPad M5 lite is also very cheap compared to the other tablets, which makes it a great choice.
