Comparison review

The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 is just a bit better than Galaxy Tab AT&T, getting a 58 score against 53. The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 body is way newer, noticeably thinner and noticeably lighter than Galaxy Tab AT&T. Both tablets in this comparison review include Android operating system, but Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has the newer 4.2.2 version while Galaxy Tab AT&T has Android 2.2 version, providing some nice extra features.

Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 counts with a lot better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab AT&T, because it has a much better graphics co-processor working at 450 megahertz, a higher number of faster cores and more RAM memory. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 counts with a much better screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab AT&T, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 also has a lot higher 1200 x 1920 resolution and a much higher display pixels density.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab AT&T has a lot better camera than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 features a superior memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab AT&T, although it has no external memory card slot. Samsung Galaxy Tab AT&T counts with a much longer battery duration than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7.

Even being the best tablet in our comparison, the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 is also by far the cheapest.
