Comparison review

The Microsoft Surface 2 is much better than the Galaxy Tab AT&T, getting a general score of 63.4 against 53. The Microsoft Surface 2 construction is extremely newer and extremely thinner than Galaxy Tab AT&T's, but it's way heavier. Microsoft Surface 2 counts with Windows RT 8.1 operating system, and Galaxy Tab AT&T counts with Android 2.2 operating system.

Microsoft Surface 2 counts with a faster CPU than Galaxy Tab AT&T, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with a larger number of cores and more RAM memory. Microsoft Surface 2 features a bit better looking display than Galaxy Tab AT&T, because it has a quite higher pixels density, a really bigger display and a much higher resolution of 1080 x 1920.

The Galaxy Tab AT&T shoots a little bit better videos and photos than Microsoft Surface 2, although it has a lot lower 720x480 video definition and a back-facing camera with much less mega-pixels. Microsoft Surface 2 features a very superior storage capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab AT&T, although it has no external SD slot.

The Galaxy Tab AT&T has a way better battery duration than Microsoft Surface 2.

Microsoft Surface 2 is a little more expensive than Samsung Galaxy Tab AT&T, but it's still a good choice, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
