Alcatel JOY TAB has a score of 59.4, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab CDMA's overall score of 53.9. The Alcatel JOY TAB body is much newer, way lighter and thinner than Samsung Galaxy Tab CDMA. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but Alcatel JOY TAB has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Samsung Galaxy Tab CDMA has Android 2.2, so it gives lots of additional features.
The Alcatel JOY TAB counts with a better processing unit than Galaxy Tab CDMA, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with a higher number of cores and 1,5 GB more RAM memory. The Galaxy Tab CDMA features a bit more vivid screen than Alcatel JOY TAB, although it has a little smaller screen, a lot worse 600 x 1024 resolution and a bit lower display pixels density.
The Alcatel JOY TAB captures much better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Tab CDMA, because it has a back camera with a way better resolution and a much better 1280x720 (HD) video quality. The Alcatel JOY TAB counts with a much bigger storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab CDMA, because it has 32 GB internal storage.
The Alcatel JOY TAB has just a little bit longer battery life than Galaxy Tab CDMA, because it has a 4080mAh battery capacity.
