Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 is way better than the Galaxy Tab CDMA, with a global score of 65.2 against 53.9. Although the Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 is noticeably heavier than Galaxy Tab CDMA, it's way thinner and also notably newer.
