The Microsoft Surface Go works with Windows 10 operating system, and Galaxy Tab CDMA comes with Android 2.2 operating system.

The Microsoft Surface Go counts with a bit better looking display than Galaxy Tab CDMA, because it has a much better resolution of 1800 x 1200, a way larger display and a greater screen density. The Microsoft Surface Go features a better processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab CDMA, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM and a higher number of cores.

The Microsoft Surface Go features a lot bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab CDMA, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 126 GB more internal storage capacity. Galaxy Tab CDMA counts with a way better battery duration than Microsoft Surface Go.
