OSCAL Pad 15 is much better than the Galaxy Tab CDMA, having a 64.4 score against 53.9. OSCAL Pad 15's design is thinner but heavier than the Galaxy Tab CDMA. Both devices in this comparison review work with Android operating system, but OSCAL Pad 15 has the newer 13 version and Galaxy Tab CDMA has Android 2.2 version, offering lots of additional features.
