Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE is better than Samsung Galaxy Tab CDMA, getting a 62.5 score against 53.9. Both of these devices have Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has a newer 3.1 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab CDMA has Android 2.2.
