The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has a general score of 64.9, which is a lot better than the Galaxy Tab CDMA's 53.9 overall score. Both tablets we compare here have Android OS, but Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has a newer 5.1 Lollipop version while Galaxy Tab CDMA has Android 2.2 version, so it provides a lot of extra features and performance improvements. The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 is a much newer device, and it's also extremely thinner and a little bit lighter than Galaxy Tab CDMA.

The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has improved battery duration than Galaxy Tab CDMA, because it has a 5000mAh battery size against 4000mAh. Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 takes greater photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab CDMA, because it has a back camera with way more megapixels and a way better 1280x720 video resolution.
