Xperia Tablet S is just a bit better than the Galaxy Tab CDMA, with a 56.1 score against 53.9. The Xperia Tablet S is a way heavier tablet than Galaxy Tab CDMA, but both of them have the same thickness. Both of these tablets come with Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia Tablet S has a newer 4.1.1 version while Galaxy Tab CDMA has Android 2.2.

Xperia Tablet S features a superior processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab CDMA, because it has 3 more processing cores, a better 416 megahertz graphics processing unit and more RAM memory. The Xperia Tablet S counts with a slightly better display than Samsung Galaxy Tab CDMA, because although it has a just a bit worse quantity of pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a better resolution of 800 x 1280px and a much larger display.
