Comparison review

The Xperia Tablet S is slightly better than the Galaxy Tab CDMA, getting a 58.9 score against 53.9. The Xperia Tablet S construction has the same thickness than Galaxy Tab CDMA, but it is noticeably heavier. Both of these tablets include Android operating system, but Xperia Tablet S has a newer 4.1.1 version while Galaxy Tab CDMA has Android 2.2, so it provides you some nice extra features and performance improvements.

The Xperia Tablet S has a quite superior hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab CDMA, because it has 3 more processing cores, more RAM memory and a much better 416 MHz graphics processing unit.
