The Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 is better than Asus VivoTab Smart, having a overall score of 64.9 against 58.7. The Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 comes with Android 5.1 Lollipop OS, while Asus VivoTab Smart works with Windows 8 OS.
