Huawei MediaPad X2 has an overall score of 72.7, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0's score of 64.9. These tablets include Android operating system, but the Huawei MediaPad X2 has older 5.0 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has Android 5.1 Lollipop version. The Huawei MediaPad X2 design is somewhat thinner and noticeably lighter than the Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0, even though it was released just 11 months before.
Huawei MediaPad X2 has an incredibly better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels and a way greater screen pixels density. The Huawei MediaPad X2 features a more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because it has more RAM, a greater number of cores and a 64 bits processor.
The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 shoots better pictures and videos than Huawei MediaPad X2, although it has a back facing camera with a lot worse resolution and a lot worse video quality. The Huawei MediaPad X2 has a superior memory capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, and although they both have an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB, the Huawei MediaPad X2 also has 32 GB internal storage capacity.
Huawei MediaPad X2 counts with a battery lifetime that's very similar to Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0's battery performance.
