Comparison review

The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has a global score of 64.9, which is better than the LG G Pad 8.0's 58.6 general score. These tablets include Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has 5.1 Lollipop version and LG G Pad 8.0 has Android 5.0 version, providing some nice extra features and performance tweaks. Galaxy Tab E 8.0 is a thinner but a bit heavier tablet than LG G Pad 8.0.

The LG G Pad 8.0 counts with a bit better processing unit than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because although it has 512 MB lesser RAM, and they both have a Quad-Core processor, the LG G Pad 8.0 also counts with a GPU. The LG G Pad 8.0 features a better looking screen than Galaxy Tab E 8.0. Both have the same exact 1280 x 800 resolution, a screen of the same size and the same pixels density.

Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has a little bit better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than LG G Pad 8.0, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 also has a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 128 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 takes much clearer videos and photos than LG G Pad 8.0. Both have the same video frame rate, the same (HD) video resolution and a 5 MP back camera.

The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 features better battery lifetime than LG G Pad 8.0, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
