The Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has a global score of 64.9, which is slightly better than LG G Pad X 8.0's 63.5 global score. Although it's the best tablet device in this review, Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0's body is somewhat thicker and heavier than the LG G Pad X 8.0. Both tablets in this review have Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has older 5.1 Lollipop version and LG G Pad X 8.0 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The LG G Pad X 8.0 features a much better looking screen than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, and although they both have a display with the same size, the LG G Pad X 8.0 also has a higher pixel quantity in each inch in the display and a way better resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels. LG G Pad X 8.0 features a little better processing power than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because it has a larger number of faster cores and a higher amount of RAM memory.
LG G Pad X 8.0's memory to install games and applications is just as good as Galaxy Tab E 8.0's one, both of them have a SD card slot that supports up to 128 GB and exactly the same internal memory capacity. Galaxy Tab E 8.0 features just a bit better battery performance than LG G Pad X 8.0, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
Galaxy Tab E 8.0 takes much clearer photographs and videos than LG G Pad X 8.0. Both of them have a camera in the back with a 5 mega pixels resolution, the same 1280x720 (HD) video quality and the same video frame rates.
