Comparison review

The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 is just a bit better than the LG G Pad X 8.3, having a score of 64.9 against 63.8. Both tablets we are comparing here come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has the older 5.1 Lollipop version and LG G Pad X 8.3 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Even though Galaxy Tab E 8.0 and LG G Pad X 8.3 were only released 9 months apart, the Galaxy Tab E 8.0 construction is just a little lighter but also a little thicker.

LG G Pad X 8.3 counts with a sharper screen than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because it has a higher screen density, a little bit bigger display and a way higher 1080 x 1920px resolution. LG G Pad X 8.3 features a bit faster processor than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because it has a greater amount of RAM and a higher number of cores.

LG G Pad X 8.3 features as much storage to install games and applications as the Galaxy Tab E 8.0, both have the same internal storage capacity and a SD card slot that holds up to 128 GB. The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 counts with a little bit better camera than LG G Pad X 8.3, although it has a much worse 5 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera and a lot worse 1280x720 video definition.
