The Acer Iconia W4 comes with Windows 8.1 operating system, while Samsung Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0 comes with Android 4.4 operating system. Acer Iconia W4 is a a little bit thicker and way heavier tablet than Samsung Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0.
