The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has a global score of 68.5, which is much better than the Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0's overall score of 56.7. Both devices in this comparison review come with Android OS (operating system), but Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has the older 4.2.2 version and Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0 has Android 4.4. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9's body is somewhat heavier but somewhat thinner than the Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0.
