Microsoft Surface 3 has a global score of 66.3, which is better than the Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0's 56.7 general score. Microsoft Surface 3's construction is thinner but incredibly heavier than Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0. The Microsoft Surface 3 has just a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0, and although they both have 4 cpu cores, the Microsoft Surface 3 also has 3 GB more RAM.
Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a slightly better screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0, because it has a way bigger screen, a greater pixels density and a much higher 1920 x 1280px resolution. Microsoft Surface 3 features a greater camera than Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0, because it has a much higher video resolution and a lot better resolution camera in the back.
Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a very superior storage to install applications and games than Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0 features a very superior battery duration than Microsoft Surface 3.
