OSCAL Pad 15 is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0, getting a overall score of 64.4 against 56.7. The OSCAL Pad 15 construction is thinner but notably heavier than the Samsung Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0. These tablets use Android OS, but the OSCAL Pad 15 has newer 13 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0 has Android 4.4 version, offering a couple nice extra features and performance improvements.
