Galaxy Tab S3 has a score of 75.2, which is a lot better than the Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0's 56.7 overall score. These tablets use Android OS, but Galaxy Tab S3 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0 has Android 4.4 version, so it gives you a couple additional features and better performance. Galaxy Tab S3 is a a lot heavier but notably thinner tablet than the Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0.
Galaxy Tab S3 features a better looking screen than Galaxy Tab E Lite 7.0, because it has a lot larger display, a way higher 1536 x 2048 resolution and a much higher pixels quantity per inch in the screen.
