LG G Pad X 8.3 has a global score of 63.8, which is just a bit better than Galaxy Tab E's 60.7 score. LG G Pad X 8.3's construction is a little thicker but extremely lighter than the Galaxy Tab E, and they were only released with a couple of months difference. Both of these devices use Android OS, but LG G Pad X 8.3 has a more recent 6.0 Marshmallow version and Galaxy Tab E has Android 4.4.

LG G Pad X 8.3 counts with just a bit better performance than Galaxy Tab E, because it has 512 MB more RAM and 4 more cpu cores. The LG G Pad X 8.3 has a much better display than Galaxy Tab E, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way better pixels density and a much higher 1080 x 1920 resolution.

The LG G Pad X 8.3 counts with a better memory for apps and games than Galaxy Tab E, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 128 GB, the LG G Pad X 8.3 also has 8 GB more internal memory capacity. Samsung Galaxy Tab E features a bit longer battery duration than LG G Pad X 8.3, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4800mAh.

LG G Pad X 8.3 shoots slightly better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab E, because it has a back-facing camera with lot more mega-pixels and a much higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality.
