Comparison review
The Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) is just a bit better than the Galaxy Tab, getting a 59.5 score against 58.6. The Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) body is noticeably thinner and much lighter than the Galaxy Tab. These tablets have Android OS (Operating System), but the Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) has 4.4 version while Galaxy Tab has Android 2.3.3 version.
The Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) has a much better screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab, and although they both have a same size display, the Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) also has a lot higher 1920 x 1200 resolution and a lot better amount of pixels per display inch. Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) has a much better performing CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because it has a 64-bit CPU, a greater number of cores and a greater amount of RAM memory.
The Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) features a way bigger storage to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab. Both have exactly the same 32 GB internal memory. Samsung Galaxy Tab features a way better battery duration than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C). Galaxy Tab features a bit better camera than Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C), although it has a way lower 720x480 video quality and a much less mega-pixels back-facing camera.
Although Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C) is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy Tab, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy Tab. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME572C), but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Galaxy Tab, letting go some features and specs.
