Blackview Tab 13 has a score of 63.8, which is a bit better than Galaxy Tab's 58.6 overall score. Both of these tablets use Android operating system, but Blackview Tab 13 has the older 12 version and Galaxy Tab has Android 2.3.3 version. Blackview Tab 13's construction is a lot newer and incredibly thinner than Galaxy Tab's, but it's somewhat heavier.
