Comparison review
The Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab, having a 60.4 score against 58.6. Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 is a a little bit lighter and a lot thinner tablet than the Samsung Galaxy Tab. These tablets have Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has 4.3 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab has Android 2.3.3 version, providing some extra features.
Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 features a quite better processing power than Galaxy Tab, because it has a greater number of cores , an extra graphics processor and 512 MB more RAM. The Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 counts with a better screen than Galaxy Tab, because it has a better 1280 x 800 resolution, a quite greater display density and a quite bigger screen.
The Galaxy Tab counts with a lot bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 24 GB more internal memory. Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 counts with superior battery life than Galaxy Tab, because it has a 4800mAh battery size against 4000mAh.
The Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has just a bit better camera than Galaxy Tab, because it has a back-facing camera with a way higher 5 mega pixels resolution and a much higher video resolution.
Although Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy Tab, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy Tab. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy the Galaxy Tab, giving up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your money.
