Microsoft Surface 3 is much better than the Galaxy Tab, with a 66.3 score against 58.6. Although the Microsoft Surface 3 is a lot heavier than Galaxy Tab, it's thinner and way newer. The Microsoft Surface 3 features a better processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because it has a larger number of faster cores and a higher amount of RAM memory.
Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because it has a lot larger display, a much better 1920 x 1280 resolution and a better pixel density. Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a bit better camera than Galaxy Tab, because it has a way better video definition and a camera in the back with a lot better 8 mega-pixels resolution.
