The Microsoft Surface 9 Pro has a global score of 58.7, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy Tab's global score of 58.6. Microsoft Surface 9 Pro comes with Windows OS, and Galaxy Tab works with Android 2.3.3 OS. The Microsoft Surface 9 Pro construction is extremely heavier but extremely thinner than the Galaxy Tab.
