Microsoft Surface Go has a global score of 66.5, which is better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab's 58.6 global score. The Microsoft Surface Go comes with Windows 10 OS, while Samsung Galaxy Tab comes with Android 2.3.3 OS. The Microsoft Surface Go construction is a lot newer and notably thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Tab's, although it's also incredibly heavier.

The Microsoft Surface Go features a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because it has more pixels per inch in the display, a lot better resolution of 1800 x 1200 and a much bigger display. Microsoft Surface Go counts with a superior storage to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 96 GB more internal storage capacity.

Microsoft Surface Go features a quite superior hardware performance than Galaxy Tab, because it has more CPU cores and more RAM. The Galaxy Tab features a very superior battery duration than Microsoft Surface Go. Microsoft Surface Go has a slightly better camera than Galaxy Tab, because it has a way higher resolution back camera and a way better 1920x1080 video resolution.

Although Microsoft Surface Go is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Samsung Galaxy Tab, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Samsung Galaxy Tab. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab, letting go a few features and specs, but you will get the most with your savings.
