Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a global score of 65, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy Tab's score of 58.6. Samsung ATIV Tab 3 works with Windows 8 OS, and Samsung Galaxy Tab has Android 2.3.3 OS. Even though Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is extremely heavier than the Samsung Galaxy Tab, it's incredibly thinner and also noticeably newer.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab, because although it has a just a bit less pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 768 x 1366px and a lot bigger screen. Samsung ATIV Tab 3 features a way bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 32 GB more internal storage capacity.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with a better performing processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because it has a higher number of faster cores and a larger amount of RAM. Samsung Galaxy Tab features a much better camera than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, although it has a lot worse 3 mega-pixels resolution back camera and a lot worse 720x480 video quality.
The Galaxy Tab has a really longer battery life than Samsung ATIV Tab 3.
Despite of being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing, the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is also a bargain compared to the other tablets.
