Comparison review
Samsung Ativ Tab is better than the Galaxy Tab, having a 66.7 score against 58.6. Samsung Ativ Tab comes with Windows RT operating system, and Galaxy Tab has Android 2.3.3 operating system. Although Samsung Ativ Tab is noticeably heavier than Galaxy Tab, it's extremely thinner and also newer. The Samsung Ativ Tab has a superior performance than Galaxy Tab, because it has an extra graphics processing unit, a higher amount of RAM and 1 more CPU cores.
Samsung Ativ Tab counts with a screen that is very similar to the Samsung Galaxy Tab one, because although the Samsung Ativ Tab has a bit inferior pixels quantity in each inch of display, it also counts with a higher 768 x 1366 resolution and a really larger display. The Galaxy Tab shoots slightly better videos and photos than Samsung Ativ Tab, although it has a much less mega-pixels camera in the back and a way lower 720x480 video definition.
The Samsung Ativ Tab has much more storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because it has more internal storage. Samsung Ativ Tab has a much better battery life than Galaxy Tab, because it has an 8200mAh battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
Although Samsung Ativ Tab is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy Tab, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy Tab. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the Galaxy Tab, and give up some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your money.
