Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy Tab, getting a overall score of 60.7 against 58.6. Both of these devices work with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has a more recent 4.1 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab has Android 2.3.3 version, so it gives you lots of additional features. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is a newer tablet, and it is also thinner and a bit lighter than Samsung Galaxy Tab.
Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) counts with a little faster CPU than Galaxy Tab, because it has a greater amount of RAM memory and a larger number of 1000 MHz cores. Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has a bit better display than Samsung Galaxy Tab. Both of them have the same pixel density, a display with the same size and the same exact resolution of 600 x 1024.
The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) features a much greater memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab. Both have exactly the same internal memory capacity. The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) costs more money than Galaxy Tab, but you can get a better tablet for that few extra dollars.
