Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab is a bit better than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, getting a overall score of 58.6 against 57.5. Although it's the best tablet in this comparison review, we must note that it's also much older, thicker and way heavier. Both devices in this comparison review work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab has older 2.3.3 version while GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has Android 4.1.
The GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has a slightly better screen than Galaxy Tab. Both of them have the same 600 x 1024 pixels resolution, a higher count of pixels per inch in the display and a same size display. Galaxy Tab features a lot bigger storage for applications and games than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with more internal memory.
Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has a bit better processing power than Galaxy Tab, because it has a larger number of cores and more RAM. GALAXY Tab 3 Kids has a battery duration that's just as good as the battery lifetime in Galaxy Tab. The Samsung Galaxy Tab shoots slightly better videos and photos than GALAXY Tab 3 Kids. Both have the same resolution camera in the back.
Galaxy Tab costs a bit more money than the GALAXY Tab 3 Kids, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
